The trip I had planned for Arizona and New Mexico this year was reduced to a week in southeast AZ due to a new job and some other things. I had hoped to find and photo P. cornutum, P. modestum, P. solare and both montane and desert versions of P. hernandesi.
Here are the Phrynosoma that I was afforded the pleasure of finding and photographing this year:

This copulating pair was the find of the year for me. I had wanted to see this in nature for a very long time. This species, along with P. asio and P. douglasii, are currently the only Phrynosoma reported to mate in the missionary position.
